Good vintage condition: a few dings on lower vessel chrome, some surface scratches from use, 1/4" triangular chip on bakelite base, see photos. Heats great, and when unit is hot it is easy to detach and attach the top filter basket... otherwise, it is a bit of a pill to do either, at least for me. Perhaps with regular use the gasket will soften so its easier to detach and attach to bottom.
