Classic paisley Liberty of London cotton fabric blouse made in USA by Kenneth Gordon of New Orleans circa 1980s.
Blouse features include pintuck front design, hidden button placket and cocktail (fold back) cuffs. There is a detachable bowtie with elastic that can be tucked under and worn around collar.
One collar button missing... the remaining button allows a 12" neck but can be moved to allow up to 14" neck, see photos.
