Night Combat Max Steel action figure produced by Mattel dated 1998.
Features work - press button on back - the right eye lights up (green) and the N-tek arm will light up when you bend the arm; makes laser gun noises. Figure includes the original jumpsuit, hip holster and boots, as shown. Back of neck dated 1998.
Includes an Arctic Commando Max Steel action figure in windbreaker jumpsuit with a Ninja Fighter mask and set of blue shoes from a MX4 Rocket Cycle - dated 1999. Windbreaker is faded on back. Tested - was not able to get this to do whatever it does. Sold as-is.
Both require batteries, not included.
