Two jointed (string) dolls - one sleepy eye celluloid (Italy); the other (Germany) is plastic and has a painted face (eyes/lips) circa 1950s.
Sleepy eye doll wears a blue polka dot dress/hat with a lace ruffle collar. It is about 3 1/4" tall and has painted on shoes (paint is worn.) There is a sticker on undergarment: "made in Italy" Hallmark on back attributed to Michael Querzola.
Plastic doll with red, white and blue print dress with hood is just shy of 3" tall. Back is embossed: "Germany"
